offer Owner’s Policies, Lender’s Policies, Encumbrance and
Occurrence Searches (E&O Search), Real Estate Property
Abstracts, Title Search and Abstracts, and Title Closings in our
offices, in your offices, or at your client’s homes.
We are affiliated and employ several notary closers who
will come to your location (anywhere in the lower 48 states).
We
offer notary services to the general public and will do courtesy
closings for any title agency.
We will review your HUD settlement statement
and let if
you know if it is properly done before your closing.
(even if you
are closing
with another agency).

Ramesh V. Patel,
Title Agent/Processor – Mr.
Patel comes to A1 with more than 5 years experience in the insurance
industry. He will make
certain all you title insurance needs are met from his careful
examination of each title commitment and policy.
He knows your refinance or purchase in the housing industry
is one of the most important moves you will make.
As a devoted father and husband, he understands the work and
responsibility of providing a home and caring for a family. He has a
quick eye to detail and caring personality.
Brenda
J. McCloud,
Title
Agent/Closer – Mrs. McCloud comes to A1 with more than 25 years
experience in real estate. She
posses a history of Realtor, loan processor, financer, and closer
for various Real Estate offices, mortgage companies, builders, law
firms and title companies. She
has also worked as a trainer of the SoftPro, Landtech, and Title
logic closing software programs with many underwriters and their
agencies throughout central Florida.
Brenda’s dedication to church, family and community takes a
lot of time, which she seems to find more of than most people.
She makes certain you know that it will be done.
Zahir
(Ken) Kanji, M/ACC
– Mr.
Kanji is a Certified Public Accountant and the owner of Financial
Accounting Services P.L.C., a firm located in downtown Orlando. He
has been involved in all aspects of portfolio management, investor
sales, and tax credit programs. He is an active member of this
community participating in numerous community rebuilding activities
and sponsorships toward reinvesting in the downtown community. Mr.
Kanji was also a mentor for the City of Orlando for Low Income
Housing committees under Mayor Glenda Hood.
